Caregiver / CNA - Conyers, GA Position: Caregiver / CNA Location: Conyers Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 40 hours per week Pay: $14-16/hr Start Date: Immediate Start Job Description: We are looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver or CNA to support a client in the Conyers area. In this role, you'll provide meaningful care, assistance with daily routines, and support with personal and higher-level care needs with dignity, patience, and professionalism. This is a client-centered role where your presence truly makes a difference. Responsibilities: Provide companionship and support daily routines Assist with moderate to maximum care needs including mobility support, transfers, personal care, and toileting assistance Assist with medical-related support as appropriate (examples: Hoyer lift assistance, catheter care, medication reminders, repositioning, mobility support) Encourage hydration, nutrition, and proper self-care Observe and report changes in client condition or needs Maintain open communication with office staff Requirements: CNA preferred or caregiver with skilled nursing / high-acuity care experience Current CPR certification required Current First Aid certification required Current TB test required Compassion, professionalism, and reliability Previous caregiving or healthcare experience required Ability to pass a background check Dependable transportation Benefits: Competitive pay $14-16/hr Consistent full-time schedule Paid training Supportive office team Employees working 30+ hours per week may be eligible for insurance benefits Opportunities for additional hours as care needs grow About Us: Always Best Care - Atlanta provides compassionate, professional in-home care that supports seniors and clients of all needs in maintaining independence and dignity in their own homes.
