Role Overview The staff nurse delivers comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Key Responsibilities Maintain clinical standards, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure quality nursing services within organizational policies. Demonstrate professional growth and accountability in practice. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state; current BCLS certification Additional certifications may be required based on specialty, such as ACLS, PALS, or chemotherapy/Biotherapy Experience in hospital setting preferred; new graduates are eligible Skills & Certifications Strong clinical assessment, coordination, and communication skills. Must obtain specialty-specific certifications within specified timeframes if applicable.
