About the Role As a RN/LPN at Avir at John Jones, you will be responsible for: Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and performing vital signs Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care Monitoring patient condition and reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse Participating in patient education and discharge planning Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Responsibilities Weekend 12-hour shifts 6a - 6p / 6p - 6a Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care Effectively communicate patient needs and concerns to the healthcare team Focus on delivering compassionate and personalized care to each patient Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences Qualifications Valid Texas RN/LPN License Valid BLS Certification I.V.
