About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. This senior leadership role is pivotal in establishing and enhancing segment-level standards, governance, and processes related to quality, product compliance, and operational execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a consistent and repeatable segment model, identifying and mitigating quality and compliance risks, and leading actions to meet the expectations of regulated customers. Key responsibilities include segment quality and product compliance governance, leading cross-divisional corrective actions, and strengthening quality systems. The role also demands a strong partnership with legal and compliance teams, as well as the ability to influence and lead in a matrixed environment. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, product compliance, engineering, and/or operations, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A Master's degree and relevant certifications are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building enterprise-level standards and governance models, and a strong business acumen to translate complex requirements into practical operating controls. Experience in leading cross-functional workstreams and a working knowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement methods, and supplier quality are essential. The role requires a leader who can coach and develop a high-performance culture, and who is adept at identifying and addressing capability gaps within the organization.
