Professional Liability Attorney

Job Summary We are seeing a Professional Liability Attorney to provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and litigate cases The ideal candidate will have at least one year of insurance defense litigation experience. Responsibilities Defend professionals in liability litigation Perform legal research and extensive due diligence Provide legal advice to clients Prepare for and attend legal proceedings: hearings, depositions and mediations Negotiate on behalf of clients Qualifications Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing Previous insurance defense experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Losh Associates
