Requisition ID: 20168 Remote Work Available: No Job Title: Associate Inventory Manager Department: Retail Reports To: General Manager FLSA Status: Regular Non-Exempt Salary: $20.00 per hour Role Summary The Associate Inventory Manager assists the General Manager in maintaining 100% inventory accuracy, overseeing daily product transfers, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and corporate policies. This role analyzes and resolves inventory issues and supports inventory control procedures. Key Duties And Responsibilities Record inventory, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout all production phases. Monitor warehouse transactions, including shipping, receiving, and transfers. Maintain accurate inventory records. Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, or monthly as needed. Conduct inventory audits with the General Manager. Follow written audit programs and physical inventory procedures. Log receipts and documentation to maintain accurate inventory accounts. Assist in scheduling inventory and compliance personnel. Perform system adjustments and analyze root causes to implement corrective actions. Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to meet state compliance. Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with regulatory and HIPAA guidelines. Skills And Qualifications High‑school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience. Minimum age of 21. Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Strong interpersonal, business sense, and professionalism. Ability to understand and follow written or oral instructions. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Good management and leadership abilities. Valid driver’s license and clear driving record. Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening. Additional Minimum Qualifications Must be able to move intermittently and use prosthetics if necessary to meet job requirements. Must work with ill, disabled, elderly, or upset individuals. Must be able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 25 pounds to a height of 5 feet, and push, pull, or carry over a distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance. Physical Requirements Move continuously throughout the facility, including confined spaces. Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights up to 50 lbs. Operate computing devices and handle sensitive information. Crouch, stoop, kneel, and crawl as required. Occasionally remain seated. Work Schedule Up to 40 hours per week with flexible hours; must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
