As a Post Sales Account Specialist, you'll engage with customers after their purchase, helping them protect the products they've invested in through our industry-leading protection plans. Working in a professional office environment, you'll leverage your sales and relationship-building skills to guide customers toward informed decisions. You'll be the trusted advisor who transforms a "maybe later" into a "glad I did."

What you'll be doing:

• Proactively connect with customers through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Educate customers on the value of our Ironclad, Ironclad+, and Lifeproof Protection Plans.
• Listen, uncover customer needs, and recommend the best coverage options.
• Close sales and process transactions with accuracy and confidence.
• Track performance, manage your pipeline, and turn opportunities into results.
• Partner with store teams and leaders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Share insights and customer feedback to help shape future improvements.
