Responsibilities Leading the strategic direction and delivery of technology solutions within the life sciences sector Overseeing multiple projects to validate alignment with client objectives and timelines Driving business growth through innovative product and service offerings Managing client relationships to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships Developing and implementing technology roadmaps to support client business strategies Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and achieve project milestones Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for process improvement and product enhancement Guiding teams in the development of user stories and project plans to streamline delivery processes Promoting a culture of innovation and embracing change to drive continuous improvement Confirming quality assurance processes are in place to maintain service excellence and project integrity What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 9 years of experience What Sets You Apart Demonstrating analytical thinking and strategic mindset Excelling in client management and relationship building Leading design workshops and technology implementation Managing software product and project delivery Developing user stories and product roadmaps Embracing change and innovation in IT consulting Planning deliverables and managing project risks Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
