Step into a dynamic contract opportunity serving a vibrant elementary population as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time role offers an exciting chance to provide Leave of Absence (LOA) coverage from January through June, making a meaningful impact within a supportive school environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and/or ability to support Clinical Fellow Year (CFY)
• Relevant experience in elementary, pediatric, or school-based speech therapy
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Comfortable providing direct and consultative services in an educational setting

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress notes
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Support students’ social and academic growth through evidence-based interventions
• Provide education and resources for families and staff to promote generalization of skills
