Global leader in construction is seeking an experienced security project manager for a long term contract opportunity at their construction project site in Barker, NY

 

This is a contract opportunity

• Security PM to support current security buildout and supporting operation aspects as site transitions. Really looking for a strong SME that can manage large scale data center scopes.
  • Data Center security experience preferred .
  • Provide updates as required to client Pjm staff.
  • Peer review and feedback on security design and installation.
  • Support the management of schedules and equipment lead times.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills providing recommendations and escalations to client Pjm staff.

This is scheduled to last 12+ months

 

This is new data center campus build. 4-5 new building to be erected

 

Ideal candidate would have experience with overseeing all security systems and associated software installations, camera installations and placements, fire safety, security gate installation as well as oversight of all security personnel and check-ins, people onsite, etc.

All matters of campus facility security

 

Standard work hours are dayshift 8-10 hours per day with occasional weekend work
