Position Details

• Position: Resident Assistant
• Location: Dove Healthcare-51017 Ridge View Rd Osseo, WI 54758
• Employment Status: Full-Time
• Shift:  AM shift: 6:00AM-2:00PM - every other weekend is required

What You'll Do

As a Resident Assistant (Caregiver) in our assisted living facility, you'll play an important role in supporting the daily needs of our residents and helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and at home.

• Assist residents with personal cares, medication administration, meals, activities, housekeeping, and general supervision

What We're Looking For

• No previous healthcare experience? No problem! Our paid training program will provide you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to succeed
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday

Certified nursing assistants (CNA) and non-licensed caregivers are encouraged to apply as well. CNAs are paid at a CNA wage.
