Litigation Paralegal

We are recruiting on behalf of an established plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal . The firm has built a strong presence throughout the Carolinas and focuses exclusively on representing injured individuals and their families. This is an opportunity for a skilled paralegal to work on meaningful personal injury matters while supporting cases from initial investigation through settlement and litigation. Why Join This Firm? Substantive Casework: Work on auto and truck accidents, wrongful death, workers' compensation, catastrophic injuries, and other personal injury matters. Full Case Lifecycle: Gain hands-on experience with medical records, discovery, insurance claims, settlement preparation, and litigation support. Strong Platform: Be part of a multi-office personal injury practice with significant reported client recoveries and established case-management processes. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys in managing plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Prepare and organize pleadings, discovery, medical records, demand packages, and settlement documentation. Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other parties. Assist with case investigations, document review, deadlines, and litigation preparation. Maintain accurate case files and ensure all case-related tasks and deadlines are tracked. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and other litigation matters. Qualifications Paralegal certification or relevant legal education preferred. 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred. Experience supporting plaintiff-side personal injury matters strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case-management software. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 – $80,000.
