Responsibilities:

• Perform medication order checking and verification
• Conduct pharmaceutical controls ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Serve as the sole pharmacist on-site, leading pharmacy operations with technician support
• Utilize medDispense and Azalea Health EHR systems to manage pharmacy tasks efficiently

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed and experienced pharmacist with hospital pharmacy background
• Familiarity with behavioral health and psychiatric pharmaceutical care
• Proficient in medication verification and control procedures
• Comfortable working independently as the sole pharmacist on-site
• Experience with medDispense or Azalea Health EHR platforms is a plus
