Manufacturing Technician

ASML Technical Product Assembler Accurately assemble, integrate and qualify complex ASML technical products in accordance with established specification requirements in a clean room environment. Reports To: Senior Team Leader II, Manufacturing Assembly Operations Collaborates With: Technician peers, production engineers and internal and cross-functional teams within Manufacturing, Logistics, Sourcing and Supply Chain, Design & Engineering, and Customer Support Core Responsibilities: Assemble, integrate and qualify technical products in accordance with established specification requirements. Manufacture and deliver high level, complex systems according to the established procedures. Solve less complex technical problems that may occur. Accurately track work completed and communicate to peers across shifts. Acquire sufficient knowledge of new and established products and processes. Execute plan and activities as assigned by area leader and monitor the practical situation. Support colleagues in training processes; search for solutions and ideas arising from input and the implementation of departmental goals. Accurately administrate Production Operation Dashboard and other ERP systems. Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement culture Maintain efficient, clean, and organized workcenter Adhere to all ASML Corporate & Wilton Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures, and protocols. Job Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent Hands-on electromechanical assembly work Precision measurement and tool use and hand-eye coordination Attention to detail Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles Strong computer skills: MS Office, SAP, Lab View Ability to read and interpret data, information, and documents Work according to a strict set of procedures within provided timelines Personal Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical skills capable of translating requirements into executable tasks Ability to observe and respond to people and situations and adapt to shifts in priorities Flexibility to learn new skills, cross train and support cross functional groups Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction Demonstrates open, clear, concise and professional communication Results driven demonstrates ownership and accountability Can work independently or as part of a team, while following through on assignments with minimal supervision Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in a Cleanroom environment (constant 72?; working under ISO 9001/14001 standards) Must be able to work in full PPE (full body coveralls, hood, clean room safety shoes, face mask, nitrile gloves, safety glasses) for entire duration of shift and re-gown multiple times per day Routinely required to sit, walk, talk, hear, use hands to keyboard, use fingers to handle and feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach and stretch Must be able to perform solo lifts and/or move up to 20 pounds Specific vision abilities required -- close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Must be able to work with/on ladders, work on platforms, work around chemicals, operate overhead cranes, fork trucks and motorized pallet jacks. Educational Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent Additional Responsibilities: There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents. The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently: $0-0 Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
