- 5 on / 5 off rotation with 1 other Psychiatrist
- 7am - 7pm
- Support: APP support during shift
- Other Info:
- Night admissions to the unit are handled by the nocturnists and are rounded on the next day
- 16 bed unit, newly renovated with staff and patient safety in mind
- Average of 2-3 floor consults outside of the unit
- Compensation: $350,000 base salary
- Benefits: Full Benefits
- $40,000 Sign-on bonus
- $30,000 total retention bonus
- $15,000 in relocation reimbursement
- $6,000 CME annually
- Malpractice with tail included at no cost
- Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability
- 403b with employer match
