Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care in a 16-suite operating room.
• Handle an average of 30 cases per day including general, ENT, neuro, spine, ortho, and robotics.
• Support trauma and neuro cases requiring specialized experience.
• Ensure compliance with the 30-minute call response time requirement.
• Participate in rotational on-call duties, approximately 120 hours per contract.
• Utilize Epic EMR for accurate, efficient patient charting.

Qualifications

• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Solid experience in trauma and neuro settings.
• Familiarity with Epic EMR is preferred.
• Charge nurse experience is advantageous.
• A current RN license in the state is required.
• Willingness to float within specific zones if needed.
