Industrial Facility Maintenance Technician

An Industrial Facility Maintenance Technician has a range of responsibilities and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

The technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing blow molding machines and related equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency. They must diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues, monitor and adjust machine settings, read and interpret technical manuals, and maintain accurate maintenance logs and records of repairs.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, experience in blow molding or plastic manufacturing, and experience with troubleshooting PLCs and automation systems. They should also be able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively, possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and be able to work independently and in a team environment.
