Director of Agentic Application Product

Role Summary As Director of Agentic Application Product, you will define and execute the strategy of Uniphore’s next generation AI driven Enterprise experiences. You’ll drive innovation around conversational AI, analytics, and human experience—leading a global team to deliver products that redefine how enterprises interact in real time. You will oversee the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our real‑time experience suite, ensuring alignment with the broader company mission and GenAI platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the long‑term vision and roadmap for the Agentic Application suite, driving market leadership by identifying emerging trends and new use cases. Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from ideation to market success and continuous improvement—while collaborating closely with Engineering, AI Research, Design, and GTM teams. Lead a global team of product managers and AI specialists, attracting, building, managing, and developing talent across a broad range of experiences. Define and analyze metrics that inform product success, and translate business opportunities into clear product requirements and actionable development plans. Partner with the VP and CPO organization to integrate GenAI agentic capabilities into product experiences across the portfolio, overseeing pilot deployments and post‑launch adoption. Engage key customers and industry partners to gather insights, support sales and pre‑sales with messaging and demos, and develop deep competitive insights. Evangelize the real‑time AI vision internally and externally, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 10+ years of experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software products, with 5+ years in product leadership roles. Proven experience leading AI‑driven or LLM‑based product initiatives, ideally in real‑time or conversational AI domains. Deep understanding of data pipelines, model operationalization, and enterprise‑scale deployment. Strong background in Agile product management and modern development methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage senior executives and technical teams. Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking focused on measurable business outcomes. Benefits and Compensation Competitive base salary (226,100–310,900USD, depending on qualifications), annual incentive based on target achievement, pre‑IPO stock options, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, paid holidays, and additional paid leave.
