The full-time Florida Licensed Liability Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve first party and third party automobile and general liability claims in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Investigate claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties Maintain accurate and detailed claim documentation within the claims management system Required Qualifications Florida Licensed Liability Adjuster 2 years of experience in first party physical damage or automobile liability claims Strong investigative and analytical skills Knowledge of Florida Sovereign Immunity law Ability to manage multiple claims effectively
