Job Description

Wec are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bookkeeper / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable managing financial records and providing an excellent customer experience. You will play a key role in keeping our financials accurate while being the first point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping Duties

Manage daily financial transactions including invoices, payments, and deposits
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Maintain accurate records in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
Process accounts payable and receivable
Assist with payroll entries and expense tracking
Generate financial reports and assist with month-end close
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards

Customer Service Duties

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and questions
Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly first impression
Communicate repair updates and timelines clearly
Coordinate with technicians and estimators to ensure smooth workflow
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
Assist with insurance-related communication when needed

Qualifications

2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in an automotive or collision repair setting is a plus (not required)
