Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive

Job Description

A well-established national insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Account Executive to join their growing team. In this role, you will manage a specialized Senior Living account book of business, providing exceptional service and strategic guidance to valued clients.

HOURS: 9 am to 5 pm

DURATION: Direct Hire

WORKPLACE: 100% remote work offered. (If you reside close to the office in Arizona, Colorado, or Alabama, hybrid and in-office options are also offered for those who prefer it to fully remote work)

PAY: $160,000 – $180,000 base salary + bonus!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with renewal meetings to present results to established client contacts
\n
• Participate in client meetings and lead when necessary
\n
• Understand complex financial analysis and claims data
\n
• Participate as needed in Prospect presentation meetings
\n
• Prepare renewal submissions for marketing; send and process complete renewal submissions
\n
• Analyze quotes for accuracy and prepare spreadsheet of all quotes received
\n
• Assist in data analysis to determine program structure options
\n
• Create client presentation including quotes, spreadsheet, contract comparison and other internal marketing materials
\n
• Submit sold business to insurance market and oversee implementation process
\n
• Review documents issued by insurance company for accuracy
\n
• Submit incorrect documents to insurance companies for revision
\n
• Assist in supervising support staff to help manage workflow
\n

Requirements

\n
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
\n
• Recent 7-10+ years of Senior Account Management or Account Executive experience working in an independent agency environment with predominantly Senior Living risks (nursing homes, assisted living, senior healthcare, etc.) - no exceptions
\n
• Active Property & Casualty Licenses
\n
• Strong Applied EPIC proficiency
\n
• Strong job stability (3-5+ years with each employer)
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products; (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher)
