Business Banking Sales Operations Manager

Role Description The Business Banking Sales Operations Manager will assist in the vision and implementation of strategic Treasury Management operations objectives. This position will support the engagement and development of the Treasury Management Operations and will directly supervise and coach the Treasury Management Account Manager(s) and the Treasury Management Advisor(s). This role will champion the development, culture and continuous improvement of the Treasury Management processes and procedures. A focus on living the Dart Bank Values. Qualifications Strong Analytical and Operations Management skills to review performance metrics and oversee efficient operational workflows Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure excellent client experiences and resolve issues effectively Proficient in banking systems, Jack Henry, Synapsys and Loan Vantage. Leadership and problem-solving capabilities for team management and decision making Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred Experience in banking operations or sales management #J-18808-Ljbffr
