Forklift / Production Associate - 1st Shift

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hr, can go higher for the right exp

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Seasonal Overtime During Harvest

We're hiring hardworking team members to join a seed processing and warehouse operation. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity to earn $20/hr while gaining forklift and manufacturing experience.

• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Load, unload, stack, and organize products in the warehouse
• Feed materials into production equipment and monitor operations
• Package and label finished products for shipment
• Build pallets and prepare orders for delivery
• Assist with loading and unloading grain bins
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support production activities as needed throughout the facility

• Previous forklift, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Safety-focused mindset
• Ability to work overtime during busy harvest season

This is a warehouse and production setting where you'll be active throughout the day. The facility is not climate controlled, so you'll experience seasonal temperatures while working both indoors and outdoors. Expect a fast-paced environment where teamwork and safety are top priorities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BLAIR, NE.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
