Registered Nurse - Clinical Training Specialist

About This Role The Registered Nurse - Clinical Training Specialist provides leadership and clinical expertise on the unit, focusing on customer service, quality, and the Patient Experience. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to manage the orientation and development of staff while participating in clinical advancement. Highlights Location: Syracuse, NY Schedule: Monday – Friday, day/evening/nights with weekends and holidays as needed What You'll Do Provide day‑to‑day leadership and clinical expertise on the unit. Manage the orientation and onboarding of new staff. Drive the growth and development of current employees. Participate in the Clinical Advancement Program. Act as an active member of the unit leadership team. Requirements Education: RN licensure as outlined by NYS Education Department Experience: 2 years post‑licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute care specialty area 5 years OR experience with 3 years of Clinical Educator experience preferred Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in New York BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross) #J-18808-Ljbffr
