Assistant Manager

Role Overview As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations, supervising and training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educate guests on vehicle needs, and promote loyalty through quality service. Key responsibilities include developing work schedules, managing inventory, conducting store audits, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. You will also assist with opening and closing procedures and lead team development efforts. Qualifications & Skills Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in monitoring performance using KPI data, and schedule flexibility are essential. High School diploma or equivalent, along with physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying conditions, are required. Fluency in English is necessary.
