Business Analyst (Digital Product) Concord CA or San Leandro CA
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
This position is for a digital product analyst who is responsible for the following:
- Maintain the product backlog and groom it to maximize the value these activities deliver
- Write user stories, features and Epics in JIRA
- Document requirements, process flow and business rules.
- Transparent communication to upper management.
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Self-Starter and flexible in taking stretch assignments
- Excellent communication skills
- Agile experience is highly recommended
Additional Skills:
- 5 plus years of Business analyst or product analyst experience
- 5 plus years of Agile and JIRA experience
