Shape Our Client Journey as Client Services Manager We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Client Services to champion exceptional service and lead our front-of-house team to success. This pivotal role requires extensive customer service expertise and a proven ability to motivate and guide a service-oriented team. As our Director of Client Services, you will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating our standards of genuine, high-quality service, directly impacting the client and patient experience. You will set the tone for our staff, embodying our culture and driving continuous improvement in every client interaction. Your Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Oversee, provide, and actively participate in the comprehensive training of both new and existing client service team members. Quality Assurance & Improvement: Diligently monitor and evaluate client/employee interactions, providing constructive feedback and implementing recommendations for enhanced service delivery. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with hospital management to develop and implement effective action plans aimed at continuous performance improvement within the client services department. Resource Optimization: Strategically manage and allocate resources to maximize team productivity while effectively meeting the evolving needs of our dynamic hospital environment. Goal-Oriented Direction: Proactively redirect the team as needed to consistently achieve and exceed client service goals and expectations. Seamless Client Support: Expertly assist clients with a wide range of transactions, ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient experience. Effective Conflict Resolution: Skillfully defuse challenging client situations and provide timely and effective resolutions. Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in all relevant technologies and systems utilized by the client service team (e.g., EzyVet). Team Culture & Motivation: Inspire trust, foster strong teamwork, and cultivate positive and collaborative team relationships. Relationship Building: Effectively build and maintain positive relationships with clients, peers across all departments, and hospital leadership. Motivation & Inspiration: Motivate and inspire team members to consistently deliver exceptional service. Clear Communication: Possess clear, effective verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. Efficient Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
