In this role, you’ll support day-to-day operations by processing invoices, assisting with month-end close and reconciliations, collaborating across departments, and supporting leadership on a variety of accounting tasks. What You’ll Do: Help with the month-end close process and assist in preparing necessary accruals Review and enter invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements Reconcile credit card transactions and match deposits Keep an eye on accounts payable aging and make sure payments go out on time Enter purchase orders and verify terms and approvals Support account reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate Record intercompany activity and help balance accounts monthly Collaborate with internal teams on contracts, billing, and process documentation What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience Solid understanding of AP/AR processes, accruals, and general ledger work Experience with ERP systems Strong eye for details, keeps things organized, and the ability to follow through Takes initiative and works well independently, but also enjoys being part of a team and helping others.
