Ideal Candidates
We are seeking exceptional individuals who are passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.
This is a Regular Full Time position. Pay range is $22 - $24/hour depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food preparation.
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to menu specifications and timing standards.
- Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation in alignment with brand standards.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper inventory rotation (FIFO).
- Keep workstations clean and organized throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with chefs and cooks to complete meal preparation on time.
- Adhere to portion controls and minimize food waste.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a prep cook or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
- Food handler certification or ability to obtain one before starting.
$16 - $18 per hour
