Senior Full Stack Developer

Global Financial Firm located in Tampa, FL has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Senior Full stack Developer Pay Rate Range: $70.00 - $75.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Tampa, FL Responsibilities: Create implementation designs (micro-services architecture) to solve in-house business/technical challenges. Coordinate and guide multiple development teams (on-shore & off-shore) towards the implementation of the proposed solution/design. Develop proof of concept for proposed designs/solutions. Build pioneer & standard architectural solutions to serve as templates for the platform. Resolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functionalities - working end-to-end. Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions. Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience as a full stack developer. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry. Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Self-starter with the ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly. Methodical, attention to detail. Experience as Applications Development Manager. Extensive experience with micro-services architecture. Technical skills: Spring Boot, Java, microservices, Oracle/Hive (RDBMS and NoSQL databases), JML, JavaScript, Angular, CICD, Jenkins, JUnit.
