ANSWER : You will be interviewed if you meet the minimum requirements for the position and there are any current or projected vacancies in the areas you indicated you would like to be considered for. Since this recruitment is for the entire state, some shops will likely not have vacancies at the time of application.

QUESTION : I've interviewed, now what?

Completion of these steps does not guarantee an immediate job offer, as offers are contingent upon vacancy availability in the locations you selected.

QUESTION : I can't make it to/missed my Concentra appointment what should I do?
ANSWER : Contact the Concentra location directly where your appointment was scheduled to be handled at. Also, inform your HR representative.

QUESTION : I've completed everything and still haven't received a job offer. Should I be concerned?
ANSWER : Several factors can affect the timing of a job offer, including:
  • Background investigation still in progress
  • No current vacancies in the shop locations you selected
  • Pending or additional medical evaluations identified during screening
  • Staffing or operational needs changing at the shop level
Candidates remain eligible and may be contacted when a suitable vacancy becomes available.

QUESTION : How long will I wait for a start date?
ANSWER : This is largely dependent on what shops have current vacancies and how quickly you complete all the steps of the recruitment process. It is critical that you quickly schedule any fingerprinting or medical screenings and return all paperwork as soon as you can.
