Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, assist with gait and balance training, and document patient progress.
