This full-time opportunity allows you to collaborate closely with educational teams and families, making a meaningful difference in students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid School Psychologist license or eligibility in Tennessee
• Experience conducting assessments, evaluations, and developing intervention plans in K-12 settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes, MTSS/RTI frameworks, and special education law preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for student advocacy and support

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, and socio-emotional assessments for students
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to help determine student needs and eligibility for services
• Develop and contribute to the implementation of IEPs and Section 504 plans
• Work with teachers, staff, and families to support positive student outcomes and provide consultation on learning and behavioral challenges
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention when needed
• Document all services, assessments, and interventions in a timely, ethical manner
