We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist with a minimum of two years of clinical experience to join our esteemed gastroenterology team in Salisbury, Maryland. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and well-supported environment while enjoying a high quality of life near the coast, with the possibility to engage in teaching and academic development through our ACGME GI Fellowship.

Position Highlights:

• Established, high-volume practice with a robust referral network.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-training experience required.

  • 1:6 call schedule with at-home call. First call is managed by an APP or GI Fellow , ensuring a great work-life balance.

• Access to state-of-the-art endoscopy suites and advanced technologies.

• Dedicated support staff, including experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) .

• A collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment.

Teaching & Academic Opportunities:

• Opportunity to serve as Core or Voluntary Faculty within our graduate medical education programs .

• Engage in teaching and mentoring residents and/or fellows in both clinical and procedural settings.

• Participate in curriculum development, case conferences, and academic initiatives .

Shift Details:

• Schedule includes 1:6 home call, inpatient consults, with the first call typically covered by a fellow or APP. Flexible outpatient schedule available. Day and night call.
