Join the top 1% of real estate professionals in North America - Commission-Only Role for Licensed Agents

We're seeking a Showing Assistant to support Buyer Agents in Plano and nearby areas. Enjoy advanced technology, expert mentorship, and ongoing support to boost your success.

Must have a valid Texas Real Estate License. This commission-based role is open to licensed agents only, with benefits like revenue sharing, health insurance, bonuses, and more.

Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with the lead sales agent to help clients find their ideal homes.
Conduct property tours for buyers throughout the DFW region and nearby areas.
Arrange access for home inspections and other essential appointments.
Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients narrow down their home options.
Assist in drafting and negotiating offers alongside the sales agent and clients.
Engage actively in team meetings and social gatherings.
Dedicate time to weekly training sessions and Partner Calls for continuous growth.
Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using the PLACE Technology platform.

Qualifications

Passionate about interacting with clients and skilled at building and sustaining professional relationships
Maintains an enthusiastic and positive demeanor
Comfortable with frequent driving and travel requirements
Skilled at understanding client needs and aligning them with suitable properties
Eager to learn and grow within the industry
Goal-driven with a demonstrated track record of success
High school diploma or equivalent required
Possession of a valid TX real estate license is required
Experienced in preparing contracts with meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding customer service abilities
Must possess a keycard
Dependable and punctual
Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
