Title : Field Technician Manager / Lead Spray Technician
Position Type : Full-Time
Location : Surrounding Macon area

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team in executing spray foam insulation projects to meet job specifications, ensuring high-quality work and operational efficiency.
Champion and enforce jobsite safety protocols in accordance with all relevant regulations, promoting a culture of safety at all times.
Maintain and operate insulation rig and equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure proper maintenance to uphold operational excellence.
Communicate professionally with customers, handle paperwork, and ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining a professional image and cleanliness of job sites.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills with confidence and executive presence.
Commitment to integrity, dependability, and urgency.
Physical fitness to navigate tight spaces and lift at least 50 pounds comfortably.
Comfort working in challenging construction environments, including hot conditions.
Valid driver's license and willingness to pass a pulmonary fit test.
Flexibility to perform additional duties as required, displaying adaptability and initiative.
