Contract | Days | Five 8-hour shifts per week (10/12-hour shifts are not available for this role)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a high-volume operating room environment
• Perform scrub duties in support of surgical procedures across a range of specialties
• Perform circulating duties , managing patient advocacy, documentation, and coordination throughout surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technicians, and ancillary staff to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Support patients through the full perioperative continuum, from pre-surgical preparation through recovery

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (must be provided at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of current Operating Room RN experience
• Scrub experience required
• Circulate experience required
• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Active ACLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Must have personal vehicle available for use during this assignment
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience with Meditech Expanse highly preferred
