responsibilities:

• Provide technical design leadership throughout the entire design process for data center building systems, including structured cabling, wireless, and low-voltage systems.
• Guide BIM designers in engineering drawing preparation and oversee DIV 27 specification creation and modification.
• Drive project execution by conducting site visits, reviewing technical documents, and managing RFIs, submittals, and substitution requests.
• Manage crucial relationships by collaborating seamlessly with internal peers, external stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure timely project delivery through comprehensive project management, from preliminary assessments and concept creation to final execution.
