What You'll Do

Ignite children's curiosity and spark their imagination

Support the development of meaningful friendships, conflict resolution skills, and emotional intelligence

Design engaging activities that blend learning with fun, making the educational process almost imperceptible

Maintain a classroom environment that is tidy, yet flexible enough to accommodate the chaos of young minds

Navigate the intricacies of licensing regulations with enthusiasm and creativity intact.

Requirements

Strong commitment to early childhood education and a deep understanding of the importance of creating a safe, seen, and celebrated environment for young children

Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and composed during times of heightened emotions

Effective communication skills, both with families and colleagues, to foster a sense of community and cooperation

Adherence to developmentally appropriate practice and positive guidance principles

Capacity to collaborate, nurture growth, and celebrate successes with a team-oriented spirit

Passion for hands-on, play-based learning approaches

Willingness to be spontaneous, sing, dance, and read beloved stories multiple times with infectious enthusiasm.
