Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join a creative team developing high-quality digital experiences and creative assets for a leading global brand in the travel and hospitality space.

This role is focused on creating polished, modern, and sophisticated visual work across social media, email, web, digital campaigns, and other marketing touchpoints . The ideal candidate combines strong visual craftsmanship with hands-on digital design expertise and can translate creative direction and brand strategy into compelling, production-ready executions.

You will work closely with creative, marketing, content, and cross-functional teams, taking projects from initial concept and exploration through final execution while maintaining a consistently high visual standard.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual concepts and digital assets for social media, email, web, and digital marketing channels .

• Translate creative direction and brand strategy into polished visual executions.

• Develop layouts, compositions, typography, imagery, and other visual elements.

• Apply strong principles of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, spacing, and balance across digital experiences.

• Maintain visual consistency across multiple digital touchpoints and established brand guidelines.

• Take projects from initial concept and creative exploration through final execution.

• Develop and adapt creative assets across different formats, platforms, and digital channels.

• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams.

• Present design concepts and clearly communicate the rationale behind visual decisions.

• Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Ensure a consistently high level of visual quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail .

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Visual Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.

• Based in Latin America (LATAM) with availability to work remotely.

• Advanced English proficiency , with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• A strong, high-quality digital visual design portfolio demonstrating excellent visual craftsmanship.

• Advanced Figma skills and strong hands-on experience creating digital assets and layouts.

• Experience designing for social media, email, web, digital campaigns, or other marketing channels .

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and spacing .

• A modern, clean, balanced, and sophisticated visual aesthetic.

• Proven ability to take work from concept through final execution .

• Ability to work effectively within an established creative direction and brand system.

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality.

• Ability to present design concepts, explain design rationale, and respond constructively to feedback.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite .

• Experience working with global, premium, consumer, technology, lifestyle, travel, or hospitality brands.

• Experience working with brand guidelines and visual systems .

• Previous experience in a creative agency environment .

• Experience developing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.

• Experience designing for global audiences and international markets .
