Roles & Responsibilities Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with the management of patient care plans. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health information. Support patients with activities of daily living. Communicate patient progress and concerns to the healthcare team.
Compliance / Notes Resume required for all educational submissions. Some specialties may require additional certifications. COVID-19 / Flu vaccination status: unknown.
