Process Engineer

The Opportunity Join Hitachi Energy as a Process Engineer and play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing excellence Based in Ramadan City El-Sharkia Egypt this position offers the opportunity to drive process innovation implement best-in-class operating procedures and support the integration of advanced technologies equipment and manufacturing solutions Working within a collaborative and safety-focused environment you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity quality and operational performance while making a meaningful impact on the success of the business. How you will make an impact Ensure the smooth integration of new manufacturing processes including machinery technologies tooling and equipment Conduct process capability studies statistical analyses and data-driven evaluations to support productivity targets and drive operational excellence Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory requirements across all manufacturing activities Identify and implement process control measures including Statistical Process Control SPC techniques to maintain consistent product quality Provide training and support to production teams on new processes procedures and equipment while establishing and monitoring ramp-up plans to ensure successful implementation and operation Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions Develop optimize and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity quality and workplace safety Demonstrate Hitachi Energy s core values of safety and integrity by taking ownership of responsibilities and contributing positively to team and business objectives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design & Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in process engineering. Strong knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Knowledge of handling systems and tooling is an advantage. Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
