(USA) Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex, Management Location: Yreka, CA Salary: $71,000 - $100,000 per year Employment Type: Regular / Permanent Position Summary This role leads and develops teams through training, coaching, and active listening. The coach collaborates across all levels to drive customer service excellence, manage store operations, achieve financial performance, and foster a culture of belonging and integrity. Responsibilities Teach, train, and coach associates to improve performance and provide feedback. Communicate operational goals, business initiatives, and merchandising plans. Manage customer service programs, resolve complaints, and implement improvement plans. Analyze profit & loss statements, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense control. Ensure effective merchandising, inventory flow, and seasonal transitions. Recruit, hire, mentor, and evaluate associates; maintain documentation and compliance. Support company policies, Open Door program, and ethical standards. Build high‑performing teams and promote a culture of belonging. Identify and communicate goals, measure progress, and drive continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college credit, or 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience. For firearms facilities: successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For ammunition facilities with state requirements: current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility. Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or equivalent.
