Requirements Connecticut Property & Casualty Producer License. Five or more years of experience in the insurance industry with a track record of growth. Leadership or mentorship experience in a professional setting. Deep knowledge of local market dynamics in the Waterbury area. Proficiency in managing agency operations and performance metrics.
