Customer Service Representative

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading Company located in the Lancaster, NY surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $28-$29

Job Responsibilities:  

• Order Management - Process new orders, changes, cancellations, and expedite requests for aftermarket spares and repair services.
• Customer Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; provide timely updates on lead times, delays, quality holds, and shipping status.
• RMA & Warranty Coordination - Initiate and track RMAs, warranty evaluations, and repair orders; communicate inspection findings and final dispositions.
• Issue Resolution - Investigate shortages, shipment errors, quality concerns, and production delays; collaborate with planning, quality, engineering, and logistics teams.

Basic Hiring Criteria:  

• Preferably an Associate's degree in Business Administration or management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills-professional, concise, and customer‑focused.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
