\n Job Duties\n

\n · Sort, organize, and prepare documents for scanning\n

\n · Perform document cutting and trimming to meet scanning specifications\n

\n · Operate high-speed scanners to digitize large volumes of records\n

\n · Review scanned images for quality, accuracy, and completeness\n

\n · Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records\n

\n · Track and manage physical document inventory\n

\n · Fulfill document requests and prepare records for distribution or storage\n

\n · Conduct quality inspections and correct scanning or indexing errors\n

\n Schedule\n

\n Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Must be able to work one full weekend per month\n

\n Pay\n

\n $18.00 per hour\n

\n Requirements\n

\n · Basic computer skills, including data entry and file management\n

\n · Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment\n

\n · Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 lbs.\n
