NAPA is seeking CRNA's for a great opportunity at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center! Join our dedicated and compassionate community of anesthesia professionals who provide safety and comfort for millions of patients in nearly 500 hospitals, ASCs and office-based locations across the country.
Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center (NFMMC) is located in Niagara Falls, New York, serving patients from all across Buffalo-Niagara, Western New York, Ontario and beyond. NFMMC is Niagara's leader in cardiovascular, women's health care, bariatric weight loss and primary care. The Medical Center offers a full range of medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and laboratory and imaging services in the Niagara Falls, NY campus as well as its outpatient facilities.
Case Assignments: General and vascular surgery, gastrointestinal and colorectal cases, orthopedic, neurology & spine, gynecology, urology, and plastics.
Shifts: The CRNA position is a daytime-only position.
Team Leadership: Our physicians work collaboratively with nurse anesthetists in a care team model. Our practices focus on ensuring that everyone has a role, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.
Responsibilities: Pre-anesthesia assessment, Obtains and/or verifies patient consent, Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient, Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition, Performance of clinical intervention as needed.
Requirements: Current license as a registered professional nurse, Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education, Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Total Rewards: Salary: $275K, Sign-on package (Bonus with/without retention, Training Assistance, or Loan Repayment): Up to $100K, Loan repayment or training assistance program funding options are available, PTO: 7 weeks per year, Generous benefits package, including: Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts, 401(k), Profit sharing, Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage, Leadership and professional development opportunities.
