We are seeking an attorney to provide quality legal services to our large, diverse client base. $115,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
• Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
• Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks

• Prepare for cases dealing with cancellation of removal, asylum, adjustment of status, bond hearings, habeas, motions to terminate, and other types of relief for immigration court, BIA, and federal court.

• Able to work independently while handling multiple files
• Ability to use Microsoft Office is required
• Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
• Jobseekers should be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Association
• Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)

• 2+ years of immigration court experience preferred.
