Demonstrating success in an array of sectors including but not limited to, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Energy and many more. Due to continued success, they are looking to further strengthen their team with an experienced Senior Site Managers in Dublin.Responsibilities• Project Delivery Ownership Take full ownership of the successful delivery of a high-rise residential project from construction through to completion, ensuring alignment with programme, quality, and client expectations. • Programme & Commercial Management Manage the project programme, budget, and resources, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions where required to ensure commercial and operational targets are achieved. • Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for the client, design teams, and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Risk Management Identify and assess project risks at an early stage, implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimise impact and maintain project momentum. • Reporting & Performance Tracking Lead project reporting processes, providing clear and accurate updates on progress, performance, and key milestones to senior stakeholders and ensuring transparency across the project.RequirementsMust have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background Must have 8+ years experience in a similar role on large-scale residential projects or similar Must be based within a commutable distance of DublinBenefits95,000 - 100,000 + Vehicle + Package
