Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Current CPR certification. Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance. Familiarity with general computer use and functions, including internet, e-mail, desktop navigation, files, windows, navigation buttons, tool bars, online HR services, and online training programs. Assignment Details Home visits with periodic office meetings.
